We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy guidelines below.

Standard Returns (Unopened Items) Unopened, unused products in their original factory packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Defective Products If you receive an item you believe to be defective, it must be inspected and evaluated by our team before a return, replacement, or refund can be processed.

• Once our technical team verifies the defect, the 25% restocking fee will be waived, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

• If an item returned as defective is inspected and found to be fully functional or damaged due to improper use, the return will be treated as a standard return and will incur the 25% restocking fee.

Return Process

1. Request Approval: Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any item back. Unprocessed returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

2. Package the Item: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original unopened condition (or with all included accessories if returning for defect inspection).

3. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect the item and process your refund or replacement.
