Refund Policy
Fraser Lock & Safe is committed to customer satisfaction and stands behind the quality of our locksmith services and products. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, accompanied by the original receipt. Custom-ordered, cut, or programmed keys, as well as installed hardware, are non-returnable due to their customized nature.
For service-related concerns, refunds may be issued if workmanship issues are identified and cannot be resolved through repair or reservice. Customers must notify us within 7 days of the original service date to be eligible for review.
